Dawn Albert is a leadership and life coach, conflict mediator, and facilitator who helps individuals and organizations build the courage to face what matters—and the tools to move through it. Through deep, transformative coaching, restorative conflict work, and skillful team facilitation, Dawn helps clients move from stuck patterns into greater clarity, trust, and freedom.
A white, gay, cisgender woman, Dawn brings over 16 years of experience in transformation work—from classrooms to boardrooms. Her background includes roles as a high school educator, mental health worker, DEI consultant, coach, and conflict mediator. She’s known for her ability to hold complexity, challenge with compassion, and create spaces where real growth can happen.
Dawn is an Associate Certified Coach through Coach Diversity Institute, a Master Certified Life Coach, and a certified conflict mediator with over 800 hours of coaching experience. She’s supported clients across corporate and nonprofit sectors, including leaders from organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Amazon, EdReports, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
As the founder of Courage to Answer, she leads a national practice delivering coaching, conflict mediation, and team facilitation. Her clients report significant results—including 88% improvement in personal development measures like clarity, self-trust, and boundaries, and 75% improvement in life satisfaction areas like career, relationships, and wellbeing.
