Unlike punitive models that often worsen conflict and mistrust, I provide a restorative process focused on surfacing impacts, clarifying needs, and creating space for repair.
I draw on over 20 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, and DEI practitioner to create safe, structured conversations that lead to meaningful resolution. I am a certified conflict mediator and conflict trainer by SEEDS Community Resolution Center.
Please note that conflict mediations are confidential and not legally binding.

I provide a neutral, confidential, and nonjudgmental space for dialogue. I help each person speak and be heard by:
Using a proven structure for restorative repair
Creating a brave space to share and listen
Asking powerful, clarifying questions
Supporting emotional expression and regulation
Modeling and guiding effective communication
Helping the group move toward understanding, greater trust and agreements that work for all parties
Participants walk away with shared agreements to guide their future interactions—always designed by the people in the room, not imposed.

Each situation is unique. The first step is a free consult where I will gain an understanding of the situation and recommend a package based on your goals and budget. Use the calendar on this page to book your free consult.
Most engagements include:
One-on-one confidential intakes with each participant
One to three facilitated conflict conversations
Follow-up check-ins
Consent from all parties is essential. If a case isn’t a fit, I’ll let you know and may refer you to another provider.
